All donations made to Joyful Donation are final and non-refundable.
If you believe a technical error or duplicate transaction has occurred, please notify us within 7 business days of the transaction date.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds will be issued only if verified as a genuine error.
In the event of a program or campaign cancellation initiated by us, any associated sponsorship amount may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed manually through the original payment method used.
