Moonlit Seva Promise – Purnima Chara & Healing Care for Gaumata

On Purnima, the full moon reminds us that even the darkest night can be brightened by a single light. For Gaumata who are old, abandoned, injured, or rescued from harsh conditions, that “light” often arrives as a bowl of nourishing fodder, a timely medicine, a gentle touch, and a safe shelter. Joyful Global Foundation invites you to make this Purnima meaningful by supporting a dedicated Gau Seva campaign focused on chara (nutritious fodder) and treatment & medical care—so Gaumata can eat, heal, and rest with dignity.

Many people worship with flowers and prayers, but Gaumata need something more immediate: food in the trough, medicine in the clinic, and care at the right time. Seasonal weakness, infections, wounds, parasite issues, dehydration, and age-related pain can quietly worsen when support is delayed. This campaign is built to respond with compassion and consistency—because true devotion is not only felt, it is practiced.

What Your Support Helps Provide

  • Purnima Chara Support: green fodder, dry fodder, nutritious feed mix, mineral supplements, and clean drinking water arrangements.
  • Treatment & Healing Care: vet consultations, basic medicines, pain relief support, wound dressing, and recovery nutrition for weak cows.
  • Preventive Care: deworming, hygiene support, and timely check-ups that prevent small issues from becoming life-threatening.
  • Comfort & Safety: cleaner resting spaces, shade and bedding support, and calm handling for rescued and elderly Gaumata.

Why Purnima Gau Seva Matters

Purnima is considered a spiritually powerful time for dana and seva. But beyond tradition, there is a simple truth: hunger and pain do not wait. When a rescued cow is weak, a few days without proper fodder can reduce her strength. When an injury is untreated, infection can spread. When an elderly Gaumata is ignored, she suffers silently. Your contribution on Purnima becomes a direct action—feeding today, healing today, protecting today.

A Seva You Can Feel

Imagine the moment: a tired Gaumata finally eating a full meal without fear… a treated wound finally covered and clean… a weak cow receiving supplements that restore her energy. These are not big, loud victories—but they are life-changing. This is the kind of quiet mercy that Purnima asks from us. And this is the kind of mercy that your support makes possible.

Join the Purnima Seva Circle

Contribute as an individual, with family, or on behalf of a loved one. You may donate any amount—every support counts. Whether it funds a portion of chara, a medicine strip, a vet visit, or a recovery diet, your help becomes a blessing in action. This Purnima, let the full moon witness your compassion—let Gaumata feel it in every bite and every healing step.

Donate today for Purnima Gau Seva.

Because the purest celebration is to feed, heal, and protect Gaumata—when she needs it the most.

Frequently Asked Questions

Joyful Donation, conducted by Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation, was founded in 2023 after a heartbreaking loss—a close friend who couldn’t afford cancer treatment. That personal tragedy became our purpose. A group of social workers with 7+ years of ground-level seva united to ensure no one is lost to neglect, hunger, or helplessness. What began with small acts has grown into a movement of compassion.

We work where the need is—slums, schools, and vulnerable neighbourhoods. Support ranges from food packets and ration kits to school supplies and vocational tools. We start with whatever we have, mobilise caring people, and deliver practical help that restores dignity and hope.

Every donation is personal to us. Funds are directed to real, time-bound needs—nutrition, basic medical help, education materials, and livelihood support like vocational tools. We aim to share simple impact updates and stories so you can see how your kindness becomes relief on the ground.

You can donate to an active campaign, volunteer your time/skills, sponsor kits (meals, education, hygiene), or start a peer-to-peer fundraiser. If you’d like to collaborate as an individual, group, or organisation, just reach out—this is a people-powered effort.

A receipt is issued for every donation. If a campaign is eligible for tax benefits, it will be clearly mentioned on the campaign page and in the receipt details. For any documentation you need, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
