Shani Jayanti Vanar Seva: A Compassionate Offering for Helpless Monkeys
On the sacred occasion of Shani Jayanti, Joyful Global Foundation invites you to become a source of relief, care, and hope for hungry, injured, and helpless Vanars through food seva and medical treatment.
A Sacred Day to Serve the Speechless
Shani Jayanti is observed as the birth anniversary of Lord Shani Dev, the divine symbol of justice, karma, discipline, and compassion. On this auspicious day, devotees perform acts of charity, service, and kindness to seek blessings and create positive karma. Among the most meaningful forms of seva is helping those who cannot ask for help — the hungry, injured, abandoned, and voiceless beings around us.
Vanars hold a special place in Indian spiritual and cultural traditions. They are often associated with devotion, strength, and the blessings of Lord Hanuman. Yet, many monkeys living near temples, roadsides, forests, and urban spaces struggle daily due to lack of food, injuries, dehydration, infections, and human negligence. Some suffer silently after accidents, some search endlessly for food, and many young and weak Vanars remain without proper care.
Joyful Global Foundation’s Vanar Seva Mission
Joyful Global Foundation is dedicated to spreading kindness through meaningful seva initiatives. Through this Shani Jayanti Vanar Seva campaign, the foundation aims to provide nutritious food, fruits, water, first-aid support, and medical treatment to Vanars in need. Every contribution helps arrange bananas, seasonal fruits, grains, water bowls, rescue support, wound care, and treatment for injured monkeys.
This campaign is not only about feeding monkeys for a day; it is about giving them relief from suffering and reminding society that compassion should extend to every living being. A small donation can help treat an injured Vanar, feed a hungry group, or provide water during harsh weather conditions. Your support can turn pain into comfort and helplessness into hope.
Why Vanar Seva on Shani Jayanti?
Charity performed on Shani Jayanti is believed to bring peace, positivity, and blessings by reducing the burden of negative karma. Serving animals and helpless beings on this day reflects humility and selfless devotion. When you offer food and treatment to suffering Vanars, you take part in a noble act that carries both spiritual value and real-life impact.
Many devotees perform daan on this day to seek protection from obstacles and to invite stability, strength, and grace into their lives. Vanar Seva becomes even more meaningful because it connects devotion with direct service. Instead of only praying for blessings, you become a reason someone survives hunger, pain, or illness.
Your Donation Can Create Real Change
Every rupee donated to this campaign will support food distribution and treatment efforts for Vanars. Your contribution can help provide fresh fruits, clean drinking water, emergency care, medicines, and rescue assistance wherever required. Whether your donation is big or small, it becomes a blessing for those who are silently waiting for help.
Joyful Global Foundation believes that true joy comes from serving others. This Shani Jayanti, let your devotion become an act of kindness. Let your daan become food for the hungry, medicine for the injured, and comfort for the helpless Vanars who depend on compassionate hearts like yours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Joyful Donation, conducted by Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation, was founded in 2023 after a heartbreaking loss—a close friend who couldn’t afford cancer treatment. That personal tragedy became our purpose. A group of social workers with 7+ years of ground-level seva united to ensure no one is lost to neglect, hunger, or helplessness. What began with small acts has grown into a movement of compassion.
We work where the need is—slums, schools, and vulnerable neighbourhoods. Support ranges from food packets and ration kits to school supplies and vocational tools. We start with whatever we have, mobilise caring people, and deliver practical help that restores dignity and hope.
Every donation is personal to us. Funds are directed to real, time-bound needs—nutrition, basic medical help, education materials, and livelihood support like vocational tools. We aim to share simple impact updates and stories so you can see how your kindness becomes relief on the ground.
You can donate to an active campaign, volunteer your time/skills, sponsor kits (meals, education, hygiene), or start a peer-to-peer fundraiser. If you’d like to collaborate as an individual, group, or organisation, just reach out—this is a people-powered effort.
A receipt is issued for every donation. If a campaign is eligible for tax benefits, it will be clearly mentioned on the campaign page and in the receipt details. For any documentation you need, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
