Nirjala Ekadashi Vanar Seva

Nirjala Ekadashi Monkey Care
A compassionate Nirjala Ekadashi Vanar Seva and treatment campaign by Joyful Global Foundation, dedicated to feeding, healing, and caring for helpless Vanars suffering from hunger, thirst, wounds, and neglect.
The Sacred Spirit of Nirjala Ekadashi
Nirjala Ekadashi is considered one of the most sacred and powerful Ekadashi observances. Devotees worship Lord Vishnu with faith, devotion, fasting, prayer, and acts of kindness. On this holy day, offering food, water, and help to living beings is believed to bring great spiritual merit and inner peace. While many people observe fasting and devotion, countless innocent animals continue to struggle under the heat, hunger, injuries, and lack of care.
Among them are Vanars, who often live near temples, roadsides, forests, and crowded human spaces. Many of them depend on small food offerings or natural sources to survive. During the summer heat, they face severe thirst, weakness, skin infections, wounds, accidents, and hunger. Some Vanars are old, some are injured, and some are too weak to find proper food or water. Their silent suffering needs compassion, timely help, and responsible care.
Joyful Global Foundation’s Vanar Seva Initiative
Joyful Global Foundation is running this special Nirjala Ekadashi Vanar Seva campaign to provide relief, nourishment, and treatment to helpless Vanars. Through this campaign, the foundation aims to serve them with fresh fruits, nutritious food, clean drinking water, and basic medical support. The purpose is not only to feed them for a day but also to bring comfort, care, and dignity to their lives.
Every contribution made towards this campaign helps in arranging food packets, seasonal fruits, water bowls, medicines, first-aid support, and treatment assistance for injured or sick Vanars. A small act of kindness from your side can become a source of life for those who cannot speak about their pain. Your donation can help reduce their hunger, heal their wounds, and protect them from suffering during this difficult season.
Why Vanar Seva Matters
Vanars hold a special place in Indian culture and devotion. They are lovingly connected with Lord Hanuman, who represents strength, devotion, protection, and selfless service. Serving Vanars with compassion is not just an act of animal welfare, but also a beautiful expression of faith, kindness, and humanity. When we feed a hungry Vanar or provide treatment to an injured one, we practice real seva through action.
On Nirjala Ekadashi, when water and food hold deep spiritual meaning, offering relief to thirsty and hungry Vanars becomes even more meaningful. Many Vanars roam for hours in search of food and water. Some are forced to eat waste or unsafe food, which harms their health. With your support, Joyful Global Foundation can provide them clean, safe, and nourishing care.
Your Donation Can Bring Relief
This campaign invites every kind-hearted donor to become a part of this noble seva. Whether your donation is small or big, it can make a real difference. It can fill an empty stomach, quench thirst, provide medicine, and bring hope to a suffering life. A single act of giving can create a chain of compassion and inspire many others to come forward for helpless animals.
Joyful Global Foundation believes that true devotion is reflected through kindness. On this sacred Nirjala Ekadashi, let your prayers turn into action. Let your faith become food for the hungry, water for the thirsty, and treatment for the injured. By supporting Vanar Seva, you are not only helping innocent animals but also spreading the message of mercy, love, and selfless service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Joyful Donation, conducted by Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation, was founded in 2023 after a heartbreaking loss—a close friend who couldn’t afford cancer treatment. That personal tragedy became our purpose. A group of social workers with 7+ years of ground-level seva united to ensure no one is lost to neglect, hunger, or helplessness. What began with small acts has grown into a movement of compassion.
We work where the need is—slums, schools, and vulnerable neighbourhoods. Support ranges from food packets and ration kits to school supplies and vocational tools. We start with whatever we have, mobilise caring people, and deliver practical help that restores dignity and hope.
Every donation is personal to us. Funds are directed to real, time-bound needs—nutrition, basic medical help, education materials, and livelihood support like vocational tools. We aim to share simple impact updates and stories so you can see how your kindness becomes relief on the ground.
You can donate to an active campaign, volunteer your time/skills, sponsor kits (meals, education, hygiene), or start a peer-to-peer fundraiser. If you’d like to collaborate as an individual, group, or organisation, just reach out—this is a people-powered effort.
A receipt is issued for every donation. If a campaign is eligible for tax benefits, it will be clearly mentioned on the campaign page and in the receipt details. For any documentation you need, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
