A Plate of Dignity – Regular Annadaan Seva
Help underprivileged children, elderly widows and needy people receive nourishing meals with dignity, compassion and care.
For many of us, a warm meal is an ordinary part of daily life. But for countless underprivileged children, elderly widows and needy people, even one proper meal can be uncertain. Poverty, loneliness and the absence of dependable support often leave them struggling to meet their most basic needs. Some are forced to survive on very little food, while others quietly sleep hungry because they have no one to turn to.
Joyful Global Foundation has started the Regular Annadaan Seva campaign to provide wholesome meals to underprivileged children, elderly widows and people facing hunger. Through this initiative, we aim to ensure that no vulnerable person is forgotten and that everyone receives food in a respectful and caring environment.
Hunger Steals a Child’s Childhood
Childhood should be filled with learning, laughter and dreams—not the pain of an empty stomach. Yet many children from disadvantaged families do not receive sufficient nourishing food. Hunger can leave them weak, affect their concentration and prevent them from participating fully in school and everyday activities.
A nutritious meal gives a child more than temporary relief. It provides energy to learn, strength to play and hope to dream about a better future. Through regular Annadaan, we seek to bring comfort and nourishment to children who deserve care, opportunity and a healthy childhood.
Hunger Becomes Harder with Age
Elderly widows are among the most vulnerable members of society. Many have lost their life partners, have no regular income and live without dependable family support. Due to weakness, illness or limited mobility, earning money or arranging food independently can become extremely difficult. Their silent struggle often remains unseen, but their need for nourishment and human connection is real.
Similarly, daily-wage workers, homeless individuals and financially distressed families may have to choose between food and other essential expenses. A nourishing meal does more than satisfy hunger—it restores energy, offers comfort and reminds a person that they are not alone.
Our Commitment to Regular Annadaan
This campaign is not limited to a single occasion. Joyful Global Foundation seeks to make Annadaan a regular act of service so that food support can consistently reach vulnerable children, elderly widows and needy individuals. Meals are intended to be prepared and distributed with attention to cleanliness, nourishment and dignity.

Your Support Can Fill an Empty Plate
Every contribution to this campaign can help arrange ingredients, prepare meals, pack food and distribute it to those in need. Whether your support provides a meal for a hungry child, an elderly widow or an entire family, it becomes part of a meaningful effort to fight hunger.
Annadaan is more than giving food. It is an expression of kindness that protects dignity and creates hope. For a hungry child, a meal can provide strength to learn and grow. For an elderly widow, it can bring comfort and relief. For a homeless person or struggling family, it can offer the courage to face another difficult day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Joyful Donation, conducted by Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation, was founded in 2023 after a heartbreaking loss—a close friend who couldn’t afford cancer treatment. That personal tragedy became our purpose. A group of social workers with 7+ years of ground-level seva united to ensure no one is lost to neglect, hunger, or helplessness. What began with small acts has grown into a movement of compassion.
We work where the need is—slums, schools, and vulnerable neighbourhoods. Support ranges from food packets and ration kits to school supplies and vocational tools. We start with whatever we have, mobilise caring people, and deliver practical help that restores dignity and hope.
Every donation is personal to us. Funds are directed to real, time-bound needs—nutrition, basic medical help, education materials, and livelihood support like vocational tools. We aim to share simple impact updates and stories so you can see how your kindness becomes relief on the ground.
You can donate to an active campaign, volunteer your time/skills, sponsor kits (meals, education, hygiene), or start a peer-to-peer fundraiser. If you’d like to collaborate as an individual, group, or organisation, just reach out—this is a people-powered effort.
A receipt is issued for every donation. If a campaign is eligible for tax benefits, it will be clearly mentioned on the campaign page and in the receipt details. For any documentation you need, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
