In every corner of our cities and villages, hunger walks silently. It lives on railway platforms, in forgotten slums, beneath flyovers, outside hospitals, and behind temple walls. It shows in the eyes of a barefoot child holding an empty steel plate. It speaks in the silence of an old man who hasn’t eaten in two days. Hunger doesn’t always cry out — but it always waits.
At Joyful Donation conducted by Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation, we created Annapurna Seva for them — for those who are left behind in the race for survival. Through this initiative, we distribute daily meals, dry ration kits, and festival food drives across underserved communities where hunger is not a choice — it’s a constant.
Why Annapurna Seva Exists
One of our earliest volunteers had once shared food with a man on the roadside who had not eaten in three days. That same evening, the man died — not from illness, but from starvation and weakness.
Since then, Annapurna Seva has become our promise: no one in our reach should sleep hungry if we can help it. This is not about free food. It’s about restoring dignity, one meal at a time.
What a Donation Really Means
You’re not just donating money. You’re sending a kit of care — a package of warmth packed with the basics of survival. One kit includes rice, dal, oil, and essential ingredients that can sustain a family for several days. Your donation becomes someone’s morning tea, someone’s child’s dinner, someone’s only comfort after a hard day.

How You Create Impact
Meals are cooked with care or distributed as dry kits. We also run special drives during festivals and extreme weather, offering warm food, sweets, and fruit to bring light where there is usually only worry.

Joyful Donation, conducted by Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation, was founded in 2023 after a heartbreaking loss—a close friend who couldn’t afford cancer treatment. That personal tragedy became our purpose. A group of social workers with 7+ years of ground-level seva united to ensure no one is lost to neglect, hunger, or helplessness. What began with small acts has grown into a movement of compassion.
We work where the need is—slums, schools, and vulnerable neighbourhoods. Support ranges from food packets and ration kits to school supplies and vocational tools. We start with whatever we have, mobilise caring people, and deliver practical help that restores dignity and hope.
Every donation is personal to us. Funds are directed to real, time-bound needs—nutrition, basic medical help, education materials, and livelihood support like vocational tools. We aim to share simple impact updates and stories so you can see how your kindness becomes relief on the ground.
