Mohini Ekadashi Gau Seva for Compassion

Mohini Ekadashi is a deeply sacred day dedicated to Lord Vishnu, known for removing sorrow, negativity, and spiritual darkness from life. On this holy occasion, Joyful Foundation is dedicating its campaign to Gau Seva and compassionate care for hungry, injured, sick, and helpless cows. Across many places, countless Gau Mata suffer silently due to hunger, weakness, wounds, lack of shelter, and absence of timely medical support.

Through this heartfelt initiative, Joyful Foundation aims to provide green fodder, nutritious feed, clean drinking water, shelter support, medicines, first aid, and treatment for cows in need. Mohini Ekadashi is considered an auspicious day for daan, seva, and devotion. Serving Gau Mata on this sacred day becomes a beautiful act of kindness, faith, and humanity.

Why Gau Seva on Mohini Ekadashi Matters

In Sanatan Dharma, Gau Mata is respected as a symbol of motherhood, purity, nourishment, and divine blessings. Gau Seva is believed to be one of the noblest acts of compassion, bringing peace, पुण्य, and spiritual merit. Mohini Ekadashi, being dear to Lord Vishnu, reminds devotees to rise above attachment and selfishness by serving those who cannot speak for themselves.

Many cows today face painful situations. Some are abandoned, some are wounded, some are weak due to hunger, and many struggle without proper care. A small act of support can bring them food, healing, protection, and relief from suffering. This campaign is an opportunity to transform devotion into meaningful action.

What This Campaign Will Support

Donations made through this campaign will support essential Gau Seva activities such as fresh fodder, dry feed, clean water arrangements, medicines, veterinary care, wound treatment, and recovery support for injured and unwell cows. The campaign also aims to help cows who are abandoned, weak, or unable to survive without proper care and protection.

Every contribution, whether small or big, can become a source of comfort for Gau Mata. Your donation may help feed a hungry cow, provide medicine to a sick one, or support treatment for an injured cow. For a helpless being in pain, your kindness can become hope, healing, and life-saving support.

A Sacred Day to Offer Compassion

Mohini Ekadashi teaches us the importance of purity, devotion, and selfless service. True worship is not limited to prayers alone; it is also reflected in the care we offer to helpless lives around us. When you serve Gau Mata, you take part in a sacred tradition of compassion that connects faith with humanity.

A suffering cow may not be able to express her pain, but your support can ease her hunger, heal her wounds, and give her the care she deserves. On this blessed Ekadashi, your act of daan can become a powerful offering of love, mercy, and devotion.

Join Joyful Foundation in This Noble Cause

Joyful Foundation invites kind-hearted devotees and donors to come forward and support this sacred Gau Seva campaign. Your contribution will help provide food, treatment, water, and care to cows who are suffering in silence. Together, we can bring relief, protection, and dignity to Gau Mata.

This Mohini Ekadashi, let your devotion become service. Support Joyful Foundation and help provide compassion, care, and healing to hungry, injured, and helpless cows. Your daan can bring comfort to Gau Mata and turn this sacred day into a blessing-filled act of kindness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Joyful Donation, conducted by Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation, was founded in 2023 after a heartbreaking loss—a close friend who couldn’t afford cancer treatment. That personal tragedy became our purpose. A group of social workers with 7+ years of ground-level seva united to ensure no one is lost to neglect, hunger, or helplessness. What began with small acts has grown into a movement of compassion.

We work where the need is—slums, schools, and vulnerable neighbourhoods. Support ranges from food packets and ration kits to school supplies and vocational tools. We start with whatever we have, mobilise caring people, and deliver practical help that restores dignity and hope.

Every donation is personal to us. Funds are directed to real, time-bound needs—nutrition, basic medical help, education materials, and livelihood support like vocational tools. We aim to share simple impact updates and stories so you can see how your kindness becomes relief on the ground.

You can donate to an active campaign, volunteer your time/skills, sponsor kits (meals, education, hygiene), or start a peer-to-peer fundraiser. If you’d like to collaborate as an individual, group, or organisation, just reach out—this is a people-powered effort.

A receipt is issued for every donation. If a campaign is eligible for tax benefits, it will be clearly mentioned on the campaign page and in the receipt details. For any documentation you need, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
