Sacred Shelter of Compassion
Vaishakh Amavasya is a deeply spiritual occasion that inspires selfless service, inner purification, and acts of kindness toward living beings. On this sacred day, Joyful Global Foundation is dedicating its campaign to Gau Seva and medical treatment for injured, sick, and helpless cows. In many areas, countless cows struggle every day without proper food, shelter, or treatment. Some are abandoned, some are weak from hunger, and many silently endure wounds, infections, or illness without anyone to care for them.
Through this compassionate initiative, Joyful Global Foundation seeks to bring relief to these innocent animals by arranging green fodder, nutritious feed, clean drinking water, and timely veterinary care. Vaishakh Amavasya reminds us that true devotion is not only expressed through prayer, but also through kindness shown to those who cannot speak for themselves. Serving Gau Mata on this day is considered highly auspicious and spiritually rewarding.
Why Gau Seva on Vaishakh Amavasya Matters
In Indian tradition, cows hold a special place as symbols of nourishment, motherhood, peace, and sacred living. Their service is seen as a noble path to earn blessings and contribute to dharma. Vaishakh Amavasya is an especially meaningful time to engage in charity and compassionate acts, making it a powerful occasion to support the care and treatment of cows in need.
Many stray and rescued cows are living in painful conditions. They may be suffering from open wounds, weakness caused by lack of food, dehydration, road injuries, infections, or seasonal health problems. Some require urgent medical attention, while others simply need proper care, rest, and regular nourishment to survive. Joyful Global Foundation aims to reach such cows with help that is immediate, practical, and life-saving.
What This Campaign Will Support
Donations received through this campaign will be used to provide essential support for Gau Seva activities. This includes fresh fodder, dry feed, mineral-rich nutrition, clean water arrangements, medicines, first aid, veterinary consultations, and treatment for injured or ill cows. In serious cases, support may also help with recovery care and protective shelter arrangements for weak and abandoned cows.
Every contribution, no matter the size, has the power to reduce suffering. A small act of giving can help feed a hungry cow for the day, provide medicine to an injured one, or support ongoing treatment for those recovering from pain and neglect. What may seem like a small donation can become hope, comfort, and healing for a life in distress.
A Step Toward Kindness and Blessings
Joyful Global Foundation believes that compassion creates real change. This Vaishakh Amavasya, the foundation invites kind-hearted donors and supporters to become part of this noble mission. By supporting Gau Seva, you are not only helping cows receive food and treatment, but also participating in a sacred act of mercy that reflects humanity at its best.
Festivals and holy days remind us to look beyond ourselves and care for the vulnerable. A cow in pain may not ask for help, but your generosity can become her protection. Your support can provide relief to those who have been forgotten, restore strength to the weak, and offer healing to the injured. This is an opportunity to turn faith into action and devotion into service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Joyful Donation, conducted by Satvikdaan Charitable Trust Foundation, was founded in 2023 after a heartbreaking loss—a close friend who couldn’t afford cancer treatment. That personal tragedy became our purpose. A group of social workers with 7+ years of ground-level seva united to ensure no one is lost to neglect, hunger, or helplessness. What began with small acts has grown into a movement of compassion.
We work where the need is—slums, schools, and vulnerable neighbourhoods. Support ranges from food packets and ration kits to school supplies and vocational tools. We start with whatever we have, mobilise caring people, and deliver practical help that restores dignity and hope.
Every donation is personal to us. Funds are directed to real, time-bound needs—nutrition, basic medical help, education materials, and livelihood support like vocational tools. We aim to share simple impact updates and stories so you can see how your kindness becomes relief on the ground.
You can donate to an active campaign, volunteer your time/skills, sponsor kits (meals, education, hygiene), or start a peer-to-peer fundraiser. If you’d like to collaborate as an individual, group, or organisation, just reach out—this is a people-powered effort.
A receipt is issued for every donation. If a campaign is eligible for tax benefits, it will be clearly mentioned on the campaign page and in the receipt details. For any documentation you need, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
